For a training under personal guidance, you are welcome to book a personal online lesson, correction via Zoom App (I transfer your training to a big screen and can therefore correct and instruct very well)
Alternatively, you can purchase a video programme:

On request I will prepare a video programme tailored to your needs - ideally, you will come to a single session before that and learn the exercises under professional guidance.
