Delia Jozsa

My name is Athina Androulidaki. I studied Physical Education and Sport Science in the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (UoA), majoring in Greek traditional Dance. I have a Master in Training Science in the Department of Gymnastics and Dance with ‘Excellent’, UoA and I graduated from the professional Ballet and Contemporary Dance School ‘Horohronos’ of the Ministry of Culture, Department of Dancers and Dance Teachers. I am also a certified Pilates Instructor (‘The complete System’) of the North Academy of Greece. My teaching experience concerns the fields of Exercise, Dance and Movement ranging from pre-school children to seniors. My interests as a professional regard the human movement analysis, corrective exercise, creative movement and improvisation in dance, exercise for people following sedentary life, beginners that want to explore the world of movement and athletes. I am also interested in academical research in the field of Sports and Dance.
